Our Artists travel to you so that you can be pampered in the luxury of your own home, hotel or reception centre, however:
Surcharges
10% surcharge applies to weddings that fall on public holidays, long weekends and Easter or Christmas gazetted days or New Years day.
If your service is to be carried out at a hotel, the parking fee for each stylist may be charged to you on the wedding day (at the artists discretion)
The artist may charge a travel fee for the wedding day, depending how far she/he needs to travel.
**** In case of cancellation by bride (more than 48 hours after booking, the deposit will be forfeited) If Savvy Bride needs to cancel the booking we will refund the deposit.****
If no wedding trial is required, a security deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking our services otherwise the Artist and booking cannot be guaranteed. Please speak to the artist regarding payment arrangements under these circumstances
Please Note:
If for some unforeseen circumstances the artist can no longer fulfil the job on your wedding day, Savvy Bride reserves the right to supply you with another artist. All our artists are of the same high quality but if the bride wishes to have another trial as a result, the trial will be charged at the normal rate of $85.00 per person. If we cannot replace the said artist then we will refund the deposit paid for that person only.
If we are able to still go ahead with part of the service offered and the bride refuses the said offer, then Savvy Bride is not required to pay back any deposit and the bride will forfeit the said deposit for that component of service.
WEDDING TRIALS
All Trials are booked separately to the wedding booking and is an extra service provided if requested by bride and is not part of the initial contract between bride and Savvy Bride
The wedding trial service is designed for the bride to meet the Artist and determine whether she likes the work. If she is not happy with the Artist's work, even though the Artist has done their best to please client, then any contract is null and void and Savvy Bride will refund that portion of the booking fee paid in advance.
If Client does not express unhappiness at the time of service and the artist leaves the premises where the service was performed then it is deemed that the service was satisfactorily delivered.
As Savvy Bride has delivered the promised service there is no refund of wedding- trial payments, only pre paid deposit for said component.
Any artist is entitled to request payment for travel if she needs to travel more than 10km out of CBD and is required to attend another trial requested by client or charged again for the service as the first trial was deemed successful by Savvy Bride.
Any complaints regarding the service must be given prior to artist leaving premises.
